Abstract The purpose of this paper is to determine how employee trust in management regarding digitalization (TMD) encouraged successfully promote technological change linked and implement digital technologies within organizations. TMD considered a necessary precondition for cooperation the successful implementation Derived from existing theoretical empirical research on trust, double-mediation model developed. proposed investigates direct relationships between strong vision (SDV), leader-member exchange (LMX), perceptions organizational politics (POP) TMD.
